How do I apply for positions?
Once our job board launches, you'll be able to browse and apply directly. Until then, schedule a consultation to discuss your background and career goals. We'll match you with relevant opportunities in our network.

Do you only work with active job seekers?
No - we actually prefer passive candidates (professionals currently employed but open to the right opportunity). Our clients value people who aren't desperately seeking jobs but would move for the right fit.
What's your vetting process?
Every candidate goes through our two-stage internal interview: Stage 1 covers skills assessment, background verification, and motivation. Stage 2 evaluates cultural fit, communication, and references. Only 15-20% of candidates we initially identify make it through to client presentation.
Will you help me prepare for interviews?
Yes. Your dedicated account manager provides interview preparation, company insights, compensation guidance, and ongoing support throughout the process and beyond placement.
